Unfortunately, the nursing
profession has many challenges, especially the well-known staffing shortage
that puts patients and hospitals at risk. And the bad news

Meanwhile, on top
of this, the "graying" of the baby boomer generation

The need to retain
quality nurses is clear. I am convinced that hospitals must invest
in Nurse's Wellness programs to ensure that their nurses
are satisfied,
stable, and effective.
